1. Services

Valle's Group offers technical electrical training courses, as well as recruitment and staffing services for companies in Indiana. The details of each course (dates, schedules, content, and pricing) are communicated at the time of enrollment.

2. Enrollment and payment

Enrollment in a course is confirmed once Valle's Group receives and approves the participant's information and payment terms are agreed upon. Valle's Group reserves the right to reject enrollments.

3. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are communicated individually at the time of enrollment. Valle's Group reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course if the minimum number of participants is not reached, in which case a full refund or the option to transfer to another group will be offered.

4. Participant responsibility

The participant agrees to attend scheduled classes, treat equipment and facilities with respect, and follow the safety instructions given by the instructor.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Valle's Group website (texts, images, logo, and course materials) is the property of Valle's Group and may not be reproduced without express authorization.

6. Limitation of liability

Valle's Group is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from the participant's failure to follow safety instructions.

7. Modifications

Valle's Group may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this site.
